So I watched a few too many videos and came across a few explaining how to extract a mango seed. I was 30 years old when I learned that the thing with the fuzz in the middle of a mango isn't the actually seed, just the casing. You can wrap the seed in a moistened paper towel, place in a plastic baggie, and set in a dark drawer for a few days to sprout. The more you know!
