Microgreens and me

I admit it, quarantine has exponentially increased my interest in gardening and eating things we grow. One of the things I have been watching a bunch of videos about is microgreens. Particularly pea microgreens, since I love fresh peas. Generally, microgreens are baby plants that are edible. Some places use them are garnishes but you can make a full salad and/or dishes from just the microgreens. I found a recipe for garlic pea microgreen tendrils so I'll be trying to grow Dunn peas first. Also have some lettuce seeds, arugula, black oil sunflower seeds and broccoli seeds. I'll just be using repurposed to-go containers and my usual dirt I grabbed from Home Depot.
