Mid-transfer of the tomato plants from their weird coconut coir growth media. At least I think its coir... Whatever it is is super loose, easy to saturate but then drops the water really quickly. It was easy to rehydrate but I took the pucks out of the little cups that came with the seeds and rehydrated it in another cup with warm water. Helped get it all rehydrated I think.

The 12 seater above it came with the elevated beds we tried out in the backyard from Home Depot, and as you can see that soil is a potting mix with slow release fertilizer. Much darker, richer, actually holds some water. I placed it on a styrofoam tray covered with tin foil so I can bottom water them. Also, don't worry about the little tomato plants that didn't make it into this, I had another blue pot I transferred most of them into. And the super extra ones, I ripped apart and yeeted into the onion's topsoil hoping for some sort of trashing composting action.
